A well known brand in the consumer goods space is seeking an Associate Brand Manager. In business for over 70 years, the company has multiple lines of business.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$65-$70k
Position Overview
The Associate Brand Manager will support the marketing team, working across several brands. This role involves developing new product innovations, coordinating promotional activities, conducting consumer and competitive research, and supporting digital marketing initiatives. The position reports to the Senior Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities of the Associate Brand Manager:
- Assist in creating comprehensive product launch plans, including presentations and promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop customer programs and support joint-business planning.
- Lead cross-functional teams in managing product innovations.
- Work with the Digital Marketing Team to create content that drives consumer engagement.
- Manage various projects, ensuring timely execution and effective prioritization.
- Analyze competitive activity and consumer insights to guide marketing decisions.
- Coordinate sales analysis and consumer research.
Qualifications of the Associate Brand Manager:
- 2-4 years of brand marketing experience, ideally in CPG
- Strong proficiency in Excel, with experience in scan data or Nielsen/IRI preferred
- Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data.
- Consumer-centric approach, passionate about delivering impactful work.
- Effective collaboration and communication across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
