The salary range for this position is $78,378 - $97,972 per year based upon a San Francisco location. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location. Kendo Total Rewards offerings also include an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental and vision insurance, flex paid time off program, parental leave, employee discount/perks, a retirement plan with employer contributions, Summer Fridays, opportunity to work from anywhere for two weeks in the summer and July and December wellness/shutdown weeks for applicable positions.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Associate Brand Manager, International is responsible for driving the implementation of Ole Henriksen's global brand strategy in key international markets in partnership with the Sr. Brand Manager.
The Associate Brand Manager facilitates communication between cross-functional teams and helps tailor the global strategy to meet the needs of each region where Ole Henriksen is distributed. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, strong collaborator, highly organized, and a skilled multi-tasker.

Brand Management & Advocacy
- Partner with Sr. Brand Manager to:
- Understand the needs of specific markets to adapt global brand strategies with a specific focus on: new product launches, pricing, sampling, creative assets, and discontinuation decisions.
- Prepare, support and lead meetings to facilitate effective communication.
- Establish and maintain effective cross-functional relationships with internal partners.
- Act as brand liaison for internal teams supporting international businesses, including: visual merchandising, creative, international marketing, education.
- Be a brand advocate internally & externally: effectively story tell and sell the product pipeline.
Merchandising & Assortment Planning
- Adjust positioning of global launches to meet local market needs and oversee localization of new product launches.
- Guide market assortments to optimize sales and minimize liability.
- Maintain launch calendar and assortment lists per retailer.
- Support development of promotional or limited-edition business opportunities (e.g. exclusive regional sets or gifts with purchase)
- Oversee the proper execution of visual merchandising updates, ensuring flawless execution in each point of sale and consistency across regions.
Day-to-Day Business Management
- Assist in developing regional presentations and business recaps including bi-weekly sales recaps, ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
- Coordinate meeting management and recaps (including scheduling, note taking, assisting with the agenda).
- Maintain a professional relationship with key retail partners through effective and timely communication.
- Maintain and meet deadlines on multiple, concurrent projects.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Beauty Junkie A MUST!
- 3-5 years of related business experience, Beauty or Retail industry preferred.
- Must have proficiency with MS Office, including basic Excel functions and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must demonstrate strong analytical, creative, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Thrives in an environment that is fast-paced and ever-changing. Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as needed. Able to handle multiple priorities while meeting objectives.
- Able to build collaborative relationships and work cross functionally with international brand management teams, operations, marketing, creative, merchandise planning and supply chain.
- Team player with a positive attitude who builds strong, effective partnerships.
