Role reports to: Senior Brand Manager
Location: Skillman, NJ (Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.) - Open to remote
Travel : 10%
Pay: 88,000- 142,600
What you will do
The Associate Brand Manager, Aveeno HOBA and Strategic Planning - HCP, 3YOP, Annual Planning, SPM is responsible for partnering with the SBM to develop and execute total brand strategies, inclusive of annual business planning and 3YOP. In addition, this role will be highly cross-functional, as you will partner with multiple teams to drive business growth. As an Associate Brand Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the brand's strategies and driving its success in the market:
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Develop HCP strategy for Aveeno brand, in partnership with HCP lead
• Lead SPM (strategic portfolio management) for marketing brand, in partnership with Customer Strategy
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of annual planning initiatives (3YOP, annual ICP, media planning, etc.)
• Manage budget for entire brand, in partnership with category leads
• Analyze total brand performance and participate in monthly HOBA reporting
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum of 6 years of prior professional related experience
• Prior experience working in consumer packaged goods marketing, and/or business analytics
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market research data
Desired Qualifications
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Prior P&L leadership preferred
• Demonstrated financial savvy in making effective business decisions, strong business analytics and understanding of core marketing levers
• Ability to effectively collaborate, communicate and influence in a matrixed environment
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully and build relationships with business partners
• Comfort presenting to senior leadership

• Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $88,000 to $ 142,600 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
