PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Shipping Associate is responsible for picking and packing customer orders with power
equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Locates and pulls items stored on multileveled racks in the warehouse, based on a RF device
direction.
Packs and secures items using the provided packing materials.
Utilizes High Jump computer system to ensure accuracy of all orders.
Picks product from the proper locations by powered equipment
Loads packages with an RF device
Loads outbound parcel truck
Processes and prints customer orders to the warehouse
Additional duties as assigned.

tasks thoroughly in a timely manner.
Technology Skills: Able to navigate technology systems, equipment, and computer
programs needed to fulfill communication, customer service, and business needs &
expectations.

Mental Functions:
Refers to positions where the incumbent performs the required tasks independently. The incumbent may
perform duties in the areas of technical support, design and analysis, and can be required to make
recommendations. The person holding such a position may also exercise supervisory responsibilities, but
not on a regular and ongoing basis. Work is performed under the general supervision of an immediate
supervisor, who reviews the completed work in order to assess the degree of judgment and compliance with
standards.
Physical Functions:
Standing 30%, Walking 40%, Lifting 25%
WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Warehouse environment, subject to moderate temperature changes. There are minimal health
hazards due to working on or around a forklift.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS & SPECIAL ATTRIBUTES
Entry level; zero years of relevant work experience
Basic proficiency with standard business applications such as the internet and email
Collaboration: Able to develop cooperation and teamwork while participating in a group,
working toward solutions which generally benefit all involved parties. Able to build
relationships with others by offering help and providing suggestions for improvement.
Customer Focus: Understands customer service principles and the importance of providing
