We are in search of a collaborative associate to join our dedicated team of employment law experts, representing some of the largest employers in Massachusetts. At our firm, we emphasize a client-centric, team-based approach that revolves around assembling dedicated project teams consisting of lawyers (partners and associates), paralegals, and support staff across various practice areas. These teams collaborate seamlessly to offer our clients the most comprehensive and effective legal representation available.
Our caseload in employment litigation covers a wide range of issues, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour matters. The associate's role will involve reviewing, analyzing, negotiating, and drafting employment contracts, termination agreements, settlement agreements, employment releases, and labor contracts.

- 2 to 7 years' experience in employment and labor law
- Active MA license in good standing
