We specialize in Workers’ Compensation Defense and California Statewide Subrogation. We represent insurance companies, third party administrators, their insureds, self-insured employers, school districts and municipalities throughout the State of California.
Our attorneys have decades of experience, and frequently appear at every WCAB in the State of California. They specialize in different types of employers including public entities/cities, education, agriculture, peace officer/firefighters, ADR/Union, self-insured employers and construction.

· 5+ years of Workers' Compensation Defense experience
· Responsive and provides great client communication
· Able to hit the ground running
· In good standing with the CA State Bar
