Associate Attorney - Stealth

As a Litigation Associate, you will manage a diverse caseload, working closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies, represent clients in court, and deliver exceptional legal solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Manage case files and ensure timely progress on all matters.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in Maryland.
• 1+ years of experience in litigation (experience in any practice area will be considered).
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Effective verbal communication and advocacy abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
