Job Details
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- LLM in Taxation, CPA, preferred
- Barred in Michigan.
- Years of experience specializing in tax law, ideally at a mid to large-sized law firm.
- Partnership Tax.
- Operating Agreements.
- Mergers & Acquisitions.
