A busy Springfield, MA Law Firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join their busy team! Areas of concentration will include Tort and Employment Law, Medical Malpractice Litigation, and Healthcare Law.

Responsibilities in this role will include drafting motions and memoranda, conducting legal research, responding to discovery, and preparing for and conducting depositions.

The most successful candidate will have admission to the Massachusetts State Bar or possess a sufficient UBE score to be admitted to the jurisdiction, with 2+ years of Litigation experience to include courtroom exposure.
