We are seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and driven Permanent Associate Attorney to join our team, specializing in Social Security Disability. This position is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a significant impact on our clients' lives by providing top-quality legal representation and advice. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Associate Attorney - Social Security Disability, you will:
1. Represent clients in Social Security Disability hearings and appeals, ensuring their rights are protected and their cases are effectively presented.
2. Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and develop strong, evidence-based arguments.
3. Prepare and submit legal documents such as appeals, motions, and briefs.
4. Provide legal advice to clients on their rights and obligations under Social Security Disability law.
5. Collaborate with our team of attorneys and legal professionals to develop strategies for successful case resolution.
6. Stay updated on changes and developments in Social Security Disability law to ensure the firm's practices are current and effective.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing empathetic and effective communication.
8. Uphold the highest ethical standards, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Associate Attorney - Social Security Disability position will have:
1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the State Bar and in good standing.
3. Some experience in Social Security Disability law highly preferred.
4. Demonstrated experience in legal research, with a proven ability to develop compelling legal arguments.
5. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly explain complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues.
6. Strong interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing excellent client service.

8. High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
9. Demonstrated commitment to upholding the principles of social justice and advocating for clients' rights.
