We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with a passion for family law to join our team. As a key member of our family law practice, you will handle diverse cases and make a meaningful impact on our clients' lives. This is primarily a Work from Home position; however, you will be required to make all of your in-court appearances and attend client meetings in the office when requested.
To be successful in this role, the incumbent in this position would be expected to do the following:
- Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, custody, support, and other related matters.
- Prepare legal documents, negotiate settlements, and provide strategic legal advice to clients.
- Present cases before judicial officers, represent clients in court, and attend case-related proceedings.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and team members to ensure all case details are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Work collaboratively with the team, demonstrating a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.
- Manage caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Position Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of family law experience, with a demonstrated track record of handling diverse cases.
- Active membership and good standing with the California State Bar.
- Proven excellence in legal writing, supported by relevant writing samples.
- Superior verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of case management and documentation.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Client-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services and client experiences.
- Strong professional references attesting to legal expertise, work ethic, and interpersonal skills.

Notes on Compensation: This range is a reasonably reliable estimate of the base salary that this individual is expected receive. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, billable hour expectations, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.
