Associate Attorney - Gpac

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in general corporate transactional work
• Real Estate  experience preferred
• Experience with (some): M&A, forming JV's, capital raise work, asset dispositions, commercial agreements, public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, product sales and international licensing agreements
• Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
• 1850 billable hour requirement
• CA License, in good standing
