Qualifications

Licensed in the State of Maryland. Licensure in DC and/or Virginia is a plus
3+ years practicing family law or litigation experience with an interest in transitioning to family law
Excellent with time management and use of calendar
Ability to develop case strategy
Comfortable in a courtroom

Responsibilities

Billable hour target 1550
Manage family law cases within firm policies and procedures
Ability to take full ownership of case strategy
Review discovery responses, financial statements and evaluate
Present arguments in court
