About the Job
Qualifications
- Licensed in the State of Maryland. Licensure in DC and/or Virginia is a plus
- 3+ years practicing family law or litigation experience with an interest in transitioning to family law
- Excellent with time management and use of calendar
- Ability to develop case strategy
- Comfortable in a courtroom
Responsibilities
- Billable hour target 1550
- Manage family law cases within firm policies and procedures
- Ability to take full ownership of case strategy
- Review discovery responses, financial statements and evaluate
- Present arguments in court
