Job Details
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on Commercial Litigation, Transactional Law, HOA, Business Litigation, and Corporate Litigation.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- Proven track record of managing complex litigation cases from start to finish.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Ability to analyze complex legal problems and present clear, concise, and practical solutions.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple cases simultaneously.
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
