About the Job

We have partnered with a great, well-established firm that has a REMOTE opening for an Associate Attorney. Candidate must be available for any required court appearances as needed, but is otherwise all remote. This position will be handling clients such as nursing homes/ elder care facilities and will have the ability to work on cases all over in California. If you have a background in elder care, medical malpractice, personal injury, or related litigation background and are interested in joining a firm that has been established for 25+ years, reach out to me to learn more.

Ideal candidate:

2+ years related litigation experience
JD from ABA Accredited law school
Admitted in CA, in good standing
Comfortable working in a remote setting
LA office available if interested
