Associate Attorney - Real Estate/Title
Note: This position is a hybrid work schedule for the Santa Ana, CA office. Associates with fewer than 2 years of experience are required to be in office close to full time or full time.

Job Description
- Handle real estate and title litigation matters from inception through trial with minimal supervision
- Oversee discovery processes, site inspections, depositions, expert retention, and expert discovery
- Independently manage court appearances, depositions, and hearings
- Collaborate with team members to achieve client and firm goals
- Regular client communication and case updates
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of real estate/title experience
- Admission to the California Bar
- Some litigation skills, including case management and courtroom experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
