Our prestigious law firm is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Associate Attorney to join our team. This is a permanent position offering the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging legal matters, primarily focusing on Real Estate & Development Law and Commercial Litigation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal guidance, conducting research, and preparing legal documents. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment while gaining hands-on experience in the legal industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal matters, including real estate transactions, business and commercial law, trusts and estates.
- Prepare and draft legal documents such as contracts, deeds, leases, and other necessary legal paperwork.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.
- Represent clients in court, presenting evidence and arguments in a clear, compelling manner.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements in a manner that serves the best interests of the client.
- Stay abreast of changes in real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate legal advice.
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school is required.
- Must have a minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience as an Associate Attorney, with a strong focus on Real Estate & Development Law and Commercial Litigation.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate laws and regulations, real estate transactional law, business and commercial law, and trusts and estates law.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound legal judgments.
- Must be a member in good standing with the state bar.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of attention to detail.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity.
