Associate Attorney - Romano Law, P.C.

Romano Law, P.C. has two immediate openings for associate attorneys for domestic relations (i.e. divorce, custody, and family law).

We are a growing small firm in Portland Oregon, and we are seeking energetic associate attorneys to join our team.

Our primary focus is on divorce, DUI, domestic violence defense, and other criminal defense & family law matters.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school and an Oregon State Bar license
• Strong research, writing, and negotiation skills
• Passion for trial advocacy in the courtroom
• Ability to self-manage a caseload, including complex child custody and criminal cases
• Courtroom or mock trial experience as a past 3L or law clerk including hearings, motions, trials, and settlement negotiations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in hearings, trials, and negotiations, primarily within the Portland metro area
• Manage client cases with genuine dedication, ensuring a high level of care and attention
• Draft legal documents, conduct thorough research, and oversee investigative efforts
• Advise clients, keeping them informed to make strategic decisions aimed at achieving the best possible outcomes
