- Defending all levels of depositions (witnesses, parties, experts)
- Professional correspondence is a MUST
- Negotiations
- Preparing for and conducting depositions, WCAB hearings, and AME/QME reviews.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation and public speaking skills.
