Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and a member in good standing of the state bar.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
3. Proven experience in representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases, including car accidents, workplace accidents, wrongful death cases, and class action lawsuits.
4. Demonstrated ability to handle a large caseload and manage multiple deadlines.
5. Strong litigation skills with experience in all phases of the litigation process, including drafting complaints, discovery, motion practice, trials, and settlement negotiations.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and legal professionals.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and devise effective legal strategies.
8. Commitment to providing high-quality legal representation and maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct.
9. Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
