Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and talented Associate Personal Injury Attorney to join our team and provide legal counsel for our clients. The ideal candidate should have knowledge and understanding of personal injury law, regulations and legal procedures along with a willingness to handle large caseloads.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in all stages of legal proceedings related to personal injury law, including pre-litigation negotiation, litigation, and appeals.
- Conduct legal research and provide opinions on legal questions.
- Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and other legal documents.
- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.
- Conduct negotiations with insurance companies to resolve legal matters.
- Attend hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Provide advice and counsel to clients regarding their legal rights related to physical injury.
- A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the state of California.
- Extensive knowledge of personal injury law.
- Strong bilingual Spanish language abilities. (Preferred)
- Ability to negotiate with insurance companies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
