This Personal Injury litigation position is an exceptional opportunity for trial-minded litigators in search of a firm where they can advance in a team-oriented environment.
Job Requirements:
- Must be currently licensed in Florida
- Ideal candidate would have 5+ years’ litigation experience
- Plaintiff or Defense experience
- Complex civil litigation and personal injury experience preferred
- Must have outstanding legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, as well as excellent academic credentials
- Experienced with taking and defending depositions, drafting motions, and participating in court proceedings
