- Produce legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Attend court proceedings, depositions, and hearings
- Communicate effectively with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel
- Conduct initial case evaluations, meeting with potential clients to assess their claims
- Work with investigators, medical experts, and other specialists to collect evidence supporting client claims
