Associate Attorney - Personal Injury Litigation - Gpac

We have a great opportunity with a well-established and recognized personal injury law firm. We are searching for a motivated mid-level associate attorney with a strong background in personal injury or plaintiff civil litigation. This role offers the opportunity to engage directly with clients and handle all aspects of litigation from inception through trial. The ideal candidate will possess strong independent working capabilities, superior communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach to legal practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cases throughout the litigation process, including drafting and responding to pleadings
• Conduct comprehensive discovery, including propounding and responding to requests
• Attend and lead depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses, and experts
• Attend and represent the firm at court hearings
• Assist in trial preparation and strategy development

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• Active California bar license
• 3-7 years of relevant experience in personal injury
• Proven ability to manage complex litigation matters from start to finish
• Strong legal research and technical writing skills, and familiarity in utilizing legal research tools
• Experience in both state and federal court proceedings
• Exceptional writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills.
