Job Details
Join this firm's growing Personal Injury team in their Dallas, TX office (on-site only), to work a case load with their tenured attorneys.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be experienced in plaintiff side personal injury litigation
- Must be proficient in conducting legal discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, and negotiating settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
- Must have strong legal research and writing skills in analyzing cases, crafting persuasive arguments
- Trial experience is helpful but not required
