Key Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases from start to finish
- Conduct legal research and evaluate evidence to determine liability
- Communicate with clients, medical professionals, and insurance companies
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court
- Maintain updated knowledge of personal injury laws and regulations
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- 3 to 5 years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience
- Trial experience is a HUGE PLUS
- Competitive Base Salary: $130,000 - $160,000
