- 3+ years of experience representing clients in intellectual property transactions.
- Admission to California Bar, in good standing.
- Come from a firm with a comparable intellectual property practice.
- Must come from a top law school with solid grades (transcripts will be requested).
- Admitted to practice before the USPTO.
