We are seeking an experienced Attorney with a passion for family law to join our team. As a key member of our family law practice, you will handle diverse cases and make a meaningful impact on our clients’ lives. The position is critical in helping us maintain excellence in client service by balancing legal expertise, client advocacy, and collaboration. Position Requirements
- 1+ years of Family Law Experience: A minimum of one year of demonstrated experience in family law, showcasing a solid understanding of relevant legal principles and procedures.
- Active California State Bar Admission: Must be fully licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar, committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethical practice.
- Exceptional Writing Skills: Proven ability to produce clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents, demonstrated through strong writing samples that reflect professionalism and attention to detail.
- Strong Verbal Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication abilities essential for effectively representing clients, engaging with courts, and collaborating with team members.
- Meticulous Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is crucial in reviewing legal documents and case materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Ability to Manage Competing Priorities: Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple cases and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Client-Centered Mindset: A commitment to providing exceptional client service, demonstrating empathy and a personalized approach to addressing clients' needs and concerns.

Notes on Compensation: This range is a reasonably reliable estimate of the base salary that this individual is expected receive. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, billable hour expectations, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.
