Our prestigious law firm is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Permanent Associate Attorney with a strong background in real estate or estate planning. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience, with a proven track record of excellence in the legal industry. You will be joining a team of accomplished professionals, dedicated to providing top-notch legal services to our diverse clientele. Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive legal counsel on all real estate or estate planning matters, including drafting and reviewing contracts, lease agreements, deeds, and other related documents.
2. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, ensuring their interests are effectively advocated for.
3. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to provide informed advice to clients.
4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and customer service.
5. Collaborate with other team members to develop effective case strategies.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest legal regulations, court decisions, and industry trends that may affect our clients.
7. Contribute to the firm's business development efforts, including networking events and other promotional activities.
8. Ensure all legal activities comply with federal, state, and local legal regulations.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Active member of the state Bar, in good standing.
3. Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on real estate or estate planning.
4. Proven track record of successfully managing cases from start to finish.
5. Exceptional negotiation, litigation, and client management skills.
6. Excellent research, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Strong commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
9. Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
