Job Details
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their cases.
- Assist in all phases of litigation, including trial preparation and courtroom appearances.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases.
- Stay current with legal developments in personal injury law.
- Research and analyze legal issues to support case strategy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
- Provide regular status updates to clients and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the California Bar.
- 1-5 years of experience practicing personal injury law.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
