Job Details
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity experience in a major law firm.
- Candidates must be highly motivated, possess excellent academic credentials, exceptional verbal, and written skills along with superior communication skills.
- Membership to the State Bar of the office of the state in which the candidate expects to be located is required.
