This Associate will join the M&A and Private Equity Litigation group. The position offers career growth and working directly with senior members of the group and expert witnesses on matters involving indemnification claims, fraud claims, earn-out disputes, and a variety of significant portfolio company litigation.

Job Description:
This Associate will join the M&A and Private Equity Litigation group. Job Qualifications:
- 3rd to 5th year associate
- Experience with GAAP, auditing private or public financial statements, and high-stakes disputes.
- Comparable big law experience
- Outstanding academic credentials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
