Our clients' best interests are at the center of our law practice. Our clients are part of the litigation team from the very beginning of their case so we can make sure their story is fully told and their voice is clearly heard.
We are looking to bring on a few associates interested in the civil defense areas of law.

Responsibilities:
- Handle a wide range of litigation matters including civil litigation, premises liability, and insurance defense.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents with precision and expertise.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to ensure the best defense strategies for our clients.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients, representing them in court when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with our legal team and clients to develop effective legal strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws and regulations, applying them to each case as necessary.
- Manage all phases of litigation from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Associate Attorney or similar role.
- Admission to the state bar.
- Proven experience in litigation, civil litigation, premises liability, and insurance defense.
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply laws, court decisions, and other legal authorities to individual cases.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and build strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ethical standards and professional integrity.
