We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Associate Attorney to join our prestigious legal firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in probate, personal injury, motions, and real estate. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients and to contribute to our firm's continued growth and success. The Consulting Associate Attorney will report directly to the Senior Partner and will play a crucial role in our team.
Responsibilities:
As a Consulting Associate Attorney, your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing expert consultation to clients in areas of probate, personal injury, motions, and real estate.
2. Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and motions.
3. Representing clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
4. Conducting legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
5. Advising clients on their legal rights and obligations.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Consulting Associate Attorney position, you must have:
1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on probate, personal injury, motions, and real estate.
3. Admission to the state bar.
4. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
5. Proven ability to manage multiple cases with strict deadlines.
6. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
