- Mentorship: Work directly with a senior attorney on complex family law cases and receive hands-on guidance in client relations, business development, and law practice management.
- Leadership Path: Learn the ins and outs of managing a boutique law firm, including financial oversight, personnel management, and long-term strategic planning.
- Impact: Grow into a leadership role and actively shape the firm’s future direction.
This isn’t your typical associate position. We are offering a long-term path to firm leadership for the right candidate. You would:
- Collaborate with a senior attorney on high-asset and income cases and on complex, sophisticated parenting plan cases.
- Gain direct exposure to firm management, learning everything from operational strategies to business development.
- Take on increasing responsibilities in running the firm, contributing to its growth and strategic vision.
Requirements
We are searching for a dynamic attorney who:
- Has 4-6 years of litigation experience, preferably in family law.
- Is passionate about practicing family law while also eager to learn the business side of running a law firm.
- Demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and leadership potential.
- Has a long-term vision for growing within the firm and contributing to its success.

Benefits
Compensation & Bonus:
- Base Salary: $75,000 annual salary
- Additional Earnings: Base salary plus opportunity to share in net revenue for cases originating with the attorney, as well as other revenue sharing after meeting production thresholds.
Current Benefits Package includes:
- Health insurance plan with the employer paying 100% of the health insurance premium for the employee.
- Employer contribution for up to 7% of salary in uninsured medical expenses.
- Retirement plan with a 3% employer match.
