Associate Attorney - Labor and Employment - Gpac

A well-established and recognized law firm specializing in the defense of employers in Labor & Employment disputes is seeking a motivated associate to join their growing team. We are currently searching for an associate attorney with a minimum of two years of experience defending wage and hour class action cases and/or PAGA actions in California. The position would be primarily working with the firm's wage and hour litigation team. The associate attorney will collaborate closely with the firm's established attorneys and extensive client base, offering ample opportunities for professional growth and career advancement. 

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of California labor and employment litigation experience, with a focus on wage and hour matters
• Ability to take and defend depositions, write and oppose motions (including demurrer, motion to strike, MSJ)
• Experience appearing in court, and handle discovery independently
• Possess excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Value a team environment while prepared to work independently and assume significant responsibilities.
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• California bar license
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
