Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Associate Attorney to join our labor and employment law practice. The ideal candidate will support senior attorneys in providing legal guidance, representing clients in labor and employment matters, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Annual bonuses to all associates and fee-sharing bonus (10%-25%) for business/fees that an associate brings to the Firm.*
Hybrid schedule - 3 days out, 2 days In office
Key Responsibilities- Assist in drafting legal documents including briefs, motions, and contracts related to labor and employment law.
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation and provide advice to clients.
- Represent clients in administrative hearings and negotiations regarding labor and employment disputes.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for trials or arbitration.
- Maintain thorough and organized case files and documentation.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active state bar license in good standing.
- 1-3 years of experience in labor and employment law preferred.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
