Key Responsibilities:

•Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in the following areas of law: Estate Planning, Probate, Conservatorships, and Business Transactions

•Draft legal documents, contracts, and correspondence

•Manage client relationships and ensure effective communication

•Collaborate with colleagues and support staff in handling and managing cases

•Stay current with developments in relevant areas of law

Desired Qualifications

•Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

•Active license to practice law in Tennessee

•Three years of experience in estate planning and probate (preferred but not required)

•Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•Ability to maintain professionalism, kindness, and respect in all client and team interactions

•Experience working in a collaborative, team-based environment

•Commitment to contributing positively to office culture and relationships
