Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Associate Attorney with 0-4 years of experience to join our team. This role offers the chance to work on diverse cases in litigation, business law, corporate, and commercial law, providing invaluable experience and career growth potential.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal representation and advice in litigation, business law, corporate, and commercial matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, motions and pleadings.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations.
• Conduct legal research and assist in preparing case strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Manage a caseload efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure high-quality legal services.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Kentucky.
• 0-4 years of experience in litigation, business law, corporate, or commercial law.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work independently.
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service.
