Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of legal documents such as contracts, agreements, pleadings, and motions.
- Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.
- Representing clients in court proceedings, administrative hearings, and negotiations.
- Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure effective case management.
- Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal matters.
- Participating in business development activities to attract and retain clients.
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in law and legal practice to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be an active member in good standing with the state bar.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an attorney, preferably within the legal industry.
- Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
- Strong knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and terminology.
- Excellent research, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team and build relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in using legal software and technology.
