Some of the practice areas are business, commercial, construction, employment, environmental, general liability, premises and product liability, and toxic tort. This role will be joining their Insurance Litigation team who handles insurance bad faith and fraud cases.

Job Details
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in insurance litigation
- Experience with insurance bad faith and fraud cases
- Experience conducting discovery, taking dispositions, preparing motions and trail preparation
- Trail or mediation experience is a huge plus!
- CA Bar License and must reside in CA
