Broad experience in Insurance Defense is a plus, as is experience in employment, banking, intellectual property and construction litigation. Must be licensed to practice in Missouri and Kansas state and federal courts. Additional state admissions is a plus. The individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
- practice law in the state of Missouri and Kansas;
- manage multiple case files successfully in a busy environment;
- demonstrate strong legal research and analytical skills;
- excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- strong attention to detail with superb organization and prioritization skills;
