- Draft and review documents related to family law matters.
- Act as an advocate for the client in court.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Advise clients on laws and regulations related to family law.
- Conduct research to identify relevant laws and regulations.
- Draft and review documents related to family law.
- Negotiate settlements between parties.
- Represent clients in court.
- Facilitate communication between clients and other parties.
- Develop and implement strategies for legal cases.
- Monitor the progress of each case and provide updates to clients.
- Juris Doctor
- Active Bar Membership in CA
- Experience in Family Law or Criminal Law.
- Knowledge of state and local laws and regulations related to family law.
