Job Title: Litigation Associate – Personal Injury Law (Bilingual Spanish/English)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of personal injury litigation, from client intake and discovery to motion practice and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and mediations to achieve favorable resolutions.
• Develop and implement effective case strategies in collaboration with the legal team.
• Provide bilingual client support, ensuring clear, empathetic, and effective communication in both English and Spanish.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1–3 years of litigation experience (personal injury law preferred).
• Bilingual Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Licensure: Active license to practice law in Texas.
• Skills: Strong organizational, research, and advocacy abilities; thrives in a fast-paced legal setting.

Compensation & Benefits:
