Job Details
We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our dynamic and fast-paced legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of legal matters, including employment law, civil litigation, corporate law, and legal compliance. The position requires a professional who is adept at multi-tasking, has excellent research and analytical skills, and can provide strategic legal advice to our clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert legal support and advice to clients on a variety of legal matters including employment law, civil litigation, corporate law, and legal compliance.
2. Handle all aspects of civil litigation including drafting pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and trial.
3. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and provide legal advice.
4. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and agreements.
5. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
6. Ensure all company policies and procedures are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 6 years of experience as a practicing attorney with a strong background in employment law, civil litigation, corporate law, and legal compliance.
3. Admission to the State Bar.
4. Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to articulate complex legal issues clearly and effectively.
6. Strong negotiation skills with an ability to find practical and creative solutions.
7. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
