Job Details
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in defense litigation
- Experience with general liability, premises liability, auto, construction and/or habitability claims
- Experience conducting discovery, taking dispositions, preparing motions and trail preparation
- Trail or mediation experience is a huge plus!
- CA Bar License and must reside in CA
