Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Associate Attorney in our firm, your responsibilities will include:
1. Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations related to family law matters.
2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents including divorce petitions, prenuptial agreements, child custody agreements, and property division agreements.
3. Conducting thorough legal research to support case preparation and provide sound legal advice to clients.
4. Collaborating effectively with a team of legal professionals to develop case strategies and ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
5. Maintaining a high level of professional conduct and adhering to all ethical standards of the legal profession.
6. Keeping up-to-date with changes in family law and related legal fields to ensure the provision of accurate and relevant legal advice to clients.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:
1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. A valid license to practice law in the state.
3. A minimum of 1-15 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a significant portion of that experience in family law.
4. Proven experience as a Divorce Attorney with a strong track record of successful case resolutions.
5. Demonstrated expertise in document drafting, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Strong legal research skills, with the ability to analyze complex legal issues and generate effective solutions.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain a positive rapport with clients, colleagues, and court personnel.
8. High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
9. Ability to effectively manage a high-volume caseload and meet tight deadlines.
