Established in 1978. Since our inception, the focus has been to provide our clients with large firm services in a smaller firm environment. With two different offices, we actively litigate in state and federal courts throughout Florida.

The addition of a highly skilled and professional staff greatly enhances the firm’s ability to respond to a client’s litigation needs.
What We Do:
Our legal team is experienced in many different areas of law and litigation, including healthcare matters, such as malpractice, professional liability, nursing home/long-term care, and administrative law, but also many other types of legal matters, such as product liability and general liability, including automobile liability, commercial trucking liability, premises liability, wrongful death, and all manners of litigation, including complex litigation.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal representation to clients in defense litigation matters, primarily focused on insurance defense.
- Prepare and draft legal documents including motions, pleadings, and discovery.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to develop effective defense strategies.
- Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials in a professional manner.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client information in accordance with ethical guidelines and firm policies.
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal staff to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.
- Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in defense litigation law and apply this knowledge in practice.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- Interest in or experience in insurance defense, medical malpractice and/or litigation defense.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in legal research tools and software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new legal and business challenges.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- License to practice in the state of FL.
