About the Job
We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 2 or more years of litigation experience to join a well-established California law firm with a highly regarded litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing responsive pleadings, engaging in motion practice, and responding to discovery and administrative charges. Experience in client counseling across various areas of law, particularly employment law, is essential. Candidates should be adept at case management, propounding and responding to discovery, conducting depositions, and preparing cases for trial. Familiarity with wage laws, leave and compliance matters (FMLA, ADA, wage and hour), policy development, compliance training, and managing pre-litigation disputes is preferred but not required.
