Associate Attorney - Employment Law - Direct Counsel

About the Company

• A prominent and reputable law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in employment law to join their team. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling basic cases independently, particularly PAGA cases, and outsourcing more complex matters only when absolutely necessary. About the Role

• Oversee assigned client cases from start to finish, ensuring effective case management and high-quality legal counsel. Conduct case research, manage client relationships, and provide diligent legal advice. Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners for case coordination and strategy. Provide support in business litigation and assist in the growth of the firm’s employment law practice. Deliver excellent client service while upholding the firm’s core values of Integrity, Hard Work, Excellence, and Teamwork.
